I went to our GP on April 29, 2009 for a cough and a couple of nose bleeds. That evening I was admitted into Liberty hospital after CT scans confirmed x-ray leads that I had stage four lung cancer, with a 9cm tumor in my left lung and a 5cm tumor on my spine. There were also nodules and fluid between my lung and chest wall. What a shock. A day that changed our world.

People who love sharing their stories!
To live out the gospel in such a way as to make the love of God visible and enjoyable to as many people as I possibly can. To continue to learn and grow by sharing life with those I am privileged to know and journey alongside of.
My life is, to quote Donald Miller, like “a tree in a story about a forest.”
Christian
I love Jesus Christ; I love my amazing family and friends that have surrounded me like a fortress! I love my wife Elizabeth beyond words. My daughter and son-in-law Ashley and Jeremy are two very amazing kids, and our two grandsons Micah and Tyler ( 5 and 4) are simply beyond belief! I love them like crazy! And I love life!!
