Hi, In the registration process there is no provision to register outside the USA. I registered as CA but in actual fact live in New Zealand! [A litle bit further away] Also it’s my wife who has cancer but I don’t see that under suporter. I put Father as my 45 year old daughter died of liver cancer last month
