Transplant Registry: Patients Who May Require Transplantation and Those Who Have Undergone Transplantation of Liver, Kidney and/or Pancreas


With consent from the patient, a systematic review of the patient's medical record takes
place and data is entered into a secure database. Risk to the patient is negligible compared
to the possible benefit to patients from the analysis of data.
