    Chia seeds

    Chia seeds contain the highest amount of omega-3 and fiber than any other seeds or plants known to man. These seeds are great for lowering cholesterol, normalizing blood pressure, and improving digestion. The other important part of the chia seed is the chia oil. This oil contains the antioxidants; courmaric, caffeic, and chlorgenic acids, that help in the prevention of cancer.

    Flax Seed
